Repeals health care provisions that were included in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, including provisions that reduced Medicaid funding

Bill was introduced on 10/9/2025 by Sen. Murray, Patty (D-WA).

Funding for Liberal Media Outlets - The Democrats Bill (Page 29) allocates $490,960,000 for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (PBS) for fiscal year 2026. This amount is to remain available until September 30, 2026.

None of the other programs in this meme are specifically listed in S. 2882

That's not to say that some of the programs that are listed couldn't be used to fund LGBTQI+ and Foreign Aid, it's just not specically listed in the bill.

The only Reference Found to Re-establishing previously cut programs;

Section 118. Extending the Period of Availability for Funds Mismanaged by the Office of Management and Budget, including Funds Unlawfully Frozen by the President’s So-Called “Pocket Rescission.” Extends the availability of certain funds expiring on September 30, 2025, that were inappropriately constrained by the Office of Management and Budget. Addresses any funding OMB withheld from agencies after June 30, or funding OMB withheld from agency use with preconditions at any point between June 30 and September 30, including all funds frozen by OMB in response to the President’s so-called “pocket rescission.” Requires reports from OMB and the Comptroller General of the United States on the execution of this provision and removes all implicated funds from OMB control.
